Your Current Weekly Training

  • Distance: 15–25 km / 9–15 mi
  • Elevation: ≤ 300 m / ≤ 1,000 ft
  • Terrain: Park trails, smooth paths, gentle climbs
  • Experience: New to trail run or easing back in

Your Trail Run Profile

You run regularly and love being outdoors. You’re comfortable on gentle trails, small hills and unpaved paths. Expect relaxed paces and plenty of scenery.

Runners who want adventure without intense difficulty.

Your Current Weekly Training

  • Distance: 25–40 km / 15–25 mi
  • Elevation: 300–800 m / 1,000–2,625 ft
  • Terrain: Steps, dirt paths, short technical sections
  • Experience: 2–4 hours on varied terrain

You’re confident on mixed terrain and don’t mind steady climbs. You can run a couple of hours at an easy-to-moderate effort, with occasional rocky or technical sections.

  • Elevation: 800–1,200 m / 2,625–3,940 ft
