Cancellation policy
1. Changes to Booking/Itinerary
1.1 Requests to modify an existing confirmed booking (e.g., adding optional activities, services, or upgrades) will be considered and accommodated where possible. Once a booking is confirmed, any major change (such as cancellation, change of travel dates, or transferring to another trip type or participant) will be treated under Section 2: Cancellations & Refunds.
1.2 RTT reserves the right to modify the trip itinerary when necessary due to logistical, safety, or weather-related reasons. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

All refunds under this section incur a USD 30 admin/finance fee per transaction. Participants may instead choose to transfer their booking to another RTT trip at no cost (for themselves) or to another person for a USD 15 transfer fee. Bookings can only be transferred once or after the package has been paid in full. The transferee participant will inherit these T&Cs.

Missed Days
There will be no refund, rescheduling, or compensation for missed days due to late arrival, early departure, or participant decision to skip activities. RTT may assist with arranging additional transport or services at the participant’s cost.
